No one goes through life unscathed. It’s impossible. We all have our bumps and bruises and maybe even a few broken bones (or hearts). We are resilient and we overcome so much on our own and with the help of families and friends. But sometimes the bumps and bruises don’t heal as they should. They fester and nag and hang on tight. If you need an assist to move on from one or two particular matters, it would be my privilege to walk alongside you. With EMDR and IFS, we can take the sting out of those moments. It isn’t that you will forget the event, it’s simply that it won’t have the charge it has previously held.
